Shakin' it

I put myself through an hour and forty minute rehearsal yesterday in order to perform in the Denton Starrise performance tonight. I hadn't danced since the summer haffla. I attempted to practice on Tuesday, and I had a really hard time finding my steps. So, the long rehearsal was necessary. It was also painful! I woke up i the middle of the night with aching hips. Let's hope that doesn't inhibit me tonight.
