Granola Bars - Attempt #5

Attempt #5 delivers bold nut butter flavors! I got this chewy oat square recipe from Eating Bird Food. I used my homemade multi-nut butter instead of almond butter and agave for brown rice syrup (as I cannot find the stuff in my local shops!). This no-bake little bar is crumbly but full of textures and bold favors. I find it very messy, so don't try to pick this one up! But if you love nut butter of any sort, this is a must-try bar. Plus, it took me all of maybe five minutes to whip up! I also love that you can swap out ingredients with ease because there isn't the delicate balancing act involved with baked goods.

I'll definitely be making these again. (I've already made attempt #3 twice!).
